We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join Mercer’s sales team. This position is based in Atlanta or Los Angeles. The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of three days per week onsite at the office. The Sales Associate plays a critical role in driving the growth of our Total Rewards Products and Services by supporting the acquisition and development of net-new Mid-market clients within a focused territory. This position requires a proactive and motivated individual who excels at prospecting, nurturing sales opportunities, and collaborating closely with Sales Professionals to deliver comprehensive workforce solutions.
