About The Position

OBAN Corporation is seeking a Workforce Planning Specialist to support a federal agency client. The Workforce Planning Specialist will be part of a new centralized shared services model team. Responsibilities include planning, forecasting, and reporting on current and future staffing needs. Other responsibilities may also include: Recruitment and Talent Management Strategic Planning Workforce Data Collection, Analysis, and Reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree and minimum of 5 years' relevant experience within a federal agency.
  • Demonstrated excellence in recruitment, talent management, and strategic planning.
  • Strong verbal and written skills to be able to interact with a wide variety of staff and senior management.
  • Demonstrated excellence in time and project management skills.
  • Strong problem solving, organizational, and analysis skills.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security clearances.
  • U.S. Citizen.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification as a Certified Workforce Planning Professional (CWPP) a plus.
