About The Position

This director will lead Workforce Planning for Intuit Responsibilities Partner with business, finance, and HR Leaders on strategy and analytics to forcast demand, guide hiring and reskilling decisions and align workforce capacity to business priorities. Qualifications experience with planning and analysis of a large, complext organization, tied to business and financial outcomes Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
