About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Workforce Planning Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our workforce is strategically aligned with our business goals. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for developing and executing employee experience programs and initiatives, as well as providing compensation analysis and recommendations to our clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce planning, HR, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement employee experience programs.
  • Knowledge of compensation analysis and best practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in HR or workforce planning (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
  • Experience in a consulting or client-facing role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet current and future business needs.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop hiring plans.
  • Monitor and report on workforce metrics and KPIs.
  • Design and execute programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather employee feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve workplace culture and employee well-being.
  • Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of employee experience initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and benefits.
  • Analyze compensation data to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
  • Provide recommendations on salary adjustments, bonuses, and other compensation-related matters.
  • Prepare and present compensation reports to clients and senior management.
