In this role, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and strategic headcount forecasting to ensure our organization has the right talent and skills to meet future business demands. You will join the Global Organizational Effectiveness team within the Human Resources function, a group of experts dedicated to strategic workforce planning, organizational design, and advanced data analytics to sustain a healthy, effective and “future-proofed” organization.
