Responsibilities

• Ensure that MotorCity is appropriately staffed according to company labor strategy.
• Help ensure that MotorCity Associates comply with time and attendance policy. Follow through with appropriate discipline as needed.
• Establish and maintain workforce management goals associated with tracking, analyzing, and planning of work volume.
• Facilitate and liase with leadership team regarding workforce management issues.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
