The Workforce Manager owns and executes the end-to-end subcontractor workforce lifecycle across all Posted Companies divisions. This role is directly responsible for building, managing, and scaling the external workforce network that supports estimating accuracy, project execution, and national growth. The Workforce Manager directly oversees the Workforce Coordinator function, ensuring consistent execution of sourcing, onboarding, compliance, system accuracy, and performance management. This position serves as the single point of accountability for subcontracted workforce readiness, capacity, and risk management across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Able to work with and motivate others in a team environment
  • Must have good communication and interpersonal qualities
  • Ability to pass a background check and provide references
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license subject to continuous review issued by the state in which you reside
  • Overnight/out of town travel (10%)
