The Workforce Development Specialist will function as the Apprenticeship Workforce Coordinator. The Apprenticeship Workforce Coordinator supports the implementation, outreach, and communications involved with the American Manufacturing Apprenticeship Incentive Fund. This role performs a variety of tasks, including monitoring, reporting, grant tracking, communication, information dissemination, and outreach to provide information and awareness to apprenticeship stakeholders nationwide. This position requires on-site employment with no remote or hybrid options available. Job Summary The Workforce Development Specialist supports the design, implementation, and evaluation of workforce development initiatives. This role performs a variety of administrative, logistical, and research tasks that help connect job seekers with employment opportunities and training resources.
