Responsible for developing and leading system workforce development efforts and program support. Partners with clinical, physician, business, and operations leaders to identify, develop, and grow new talent pipelines by creating programs that include developing pathways to educate tomorrow’s physicians and advanced practice providers. Partners with business and Talent Acquisition leaders to identify, develop, and grow new talent pipelines by creating program and pathways to educate tomorrow’s healthcare workers. Works with recruiters and key stakeholders to leverage available data and workforce planning tools to identify workforce needs/trends and talent gaps. Partners with leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition Specialists to build and lead the execution of the Workforce strategy to address talent needs.
