Position Description Title: Workforce Development Performance AnalystProgram: Program Evaluation and Quality Assurance (PEQA)Salary: $75,000 Program Description The Program Evaluation and Quality Assurance (PEQA) Department designs, implements, and manages the organization’s systems of performance measurement, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. PEQA strengthens the agency’s ability to achieve its mission by developing and facilitating processes that measurably improve the quality, efficiency, and impact of our workforce development programs and operations. The department supports leadership in managing toward high performance and data‑informed decision‑making. Overall Responsibilities Under the general direction of the Director of Performance Measurement & Monitoring in close collaboration with workforce development leadership, the Workforce Development Performance Analyst supports workforce development programs by developing systems, tools, and insights that enhance program effectiveness and drive continuous quality improvement. The analyst collaborates closely with program leadership, frontline staff, and the PEQA team to ensure accurate performance measurement, strong data integrity, and actionable reporting that supports strategic and operational decision‑making.
