The Workforce Career Consultant is responsible for development, planning and implementation of programs for our caregivers, system entities and community. Facilitates and directs operational quality improvement processes for professional development and design implementation. Provides expertise and consultation to the systems, monitors trends and issues in healthcare, designs and facilitates professional development activities. Accountable for developing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with community stakeholders and educational institutions in support of workforce programs, pipeline development and community-oriented objectives. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to establish, deliver and evaluate effective educational partnerships. Advocates for and drives innovation with educational partners in support of meeting current and future workforce demand. INTEGRIS Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field or business administrations degree required
  • 5 years in recruitment or workforce development; healthcare experience preferred
  • 3 years of professional development consulting and promoting healthcare careers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office including power point, excel, publisher; and database software such as access required.
  • Excellent communication, oral presentation and professional writing skills required.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)
  • This job requires the incumbents to operate an INTEGRIS-owned vehicle OR personal vehicle (non-INTEGRIS-owned) and therefore must have a current Oklahoma State Driver's License as well as a driving record which is acceptable to our insurance carrier.

  • Master's Degree in healthcare related field or business administrations degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and facilitates complex professional development programs.
  • Conducts program costs, benefits and outcomes analysis.
  • Facilitates alignment with partners and academic institutions.
  • Works collaboratively with INTEGRIS Health corporate sales and marketing, wellness, human resources, nursing leaders and academic partners to meet community and system entity needs.
  • Represents the hospital in various civic and community organizations, events, health fairs and activities.
  • Actively recruit and ensure a strong pipeline of diverse Health Scholar candidates on an ongoing basis by attending recruitment events such as fairs and presentations, cultivating relationships with campus career centers, professors, counselors and others, engaging student organizations through presentations, distributing flyers and other potential opportunities
  • Provide resources to program participants including mentorship, coaching and professional development.
