As a member of the Ford Motor Credit Company Product Organization, this US-based role reports to the Workflow Group Product Manager. You will play a vital part in our product ecosystem, fostering strong partnerships with engineering and business leaders to align technical capabilities with strategic business objectives.
The Workflow Product Manager oversees the development and refinement of the Workflow II application to improve operational efficiency for both employees and vendors.
The role will collaborate with key Workflow II stakeholders across Ford Credit’s numerous departments, including Business Operations, CoEs, Engineering and others to ensure technology to employees and vendors is developed, maintained, and delivered timely to support business needs.

• Business Operations experience across a variety of departments
• Strong cross functional relationship building and communication skills
• Ability to effectively work across all levels of the organization to achieve organizational objectives
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fluid environment where priorities shift regularly.
• Ability to break down complex tasks or requirements into simpler, more manageable tasks identifying clear pros, cons, issues, obstacles, and dependencies. Fosters an environment of constant delivery and ownership in their areas. Able to help get things shipped and team members prioritize work in their key focus areas.

• Experience with the Workflow suite of applications
• Business Operations Experience in Account Servicing / Vehicle Liquidations and Collections
• Experience with Agile methodologies, SAFe methods and Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute a comprehensive product vision and strategy for Workflow II, aligning it with Ford Credit's business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, product, engineering, UX, data engineering, and AI/ML) to define, prioritize, and implement platform features and capabilities.
• Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), business case documents, Strategy Documents, KPIs, OKRs, as well as features, user stories, metrics, and acceptance criteria, prioritizing them into release planning, and work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and efficient implementation of platform features.
• Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap that balances short-term wins with long-term platform goals, continuously monitoring performance and iterating based on user feedback.
• Drive innovation and creativity to drive product differentiation and competitive advantage. Generate innovative product ideas, challenging the status quo to modernize and shape the future of workflow functionalities at Ford Credit.
• Collaborate effectively with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and sound implementation of product features.
• Identify issues, mitigate, and plan for them early, or escalate issues early enough to timely resolve them.
• Ability to deliver high-impact outcomes, make trade-offs and understand the importance of different work-streams, and thus effectively prioritize to deliver maximum business impact.
