About The Position
We are looking for an experienced Workers Compensation State Reporting Specialist for our P&C insurance client on a project basis. This contract role is fully remote and offers flexible part-time hours.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- 15+ years of relevant Worker's Compensation State Reporting experience
- 5+ years experience serving a P&C insurer
- Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Responsibilities
- Perform an end-to-end review of workers compensation state reporting processes
- Assess receipt of claims and premium data to submitting, tracking rejections, and performing error analysis
- Work with team members to draft findings and process recommendations based on industry best practices
