The Workers’ Compensation Coordinator will oversee workers’ compensation claims from the initial incident report to case closure. This position will serve as the main liaison between employees, managers, insurance carriers, and medical providers. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of hands-on experience in workers’ compensation claims management and exposure to related HR leave processes such as FMLA, ADA, and return-to-work programs. The role requires exceptional organization, communication, and follow-through skills, along with a proactive approach to injury management and employee care. This is a contract 1099 Role This role will be part time 8AM-130PM daily.
