Job Summary Responsible for managing all aspects of Workers' Compensation claims including oversight of the 3rd party claims administrator, approving cost-effective claim settlements and medical management. Responsible for managing the Companywide Return to Work (RTW) program and coordinating same with other divisions within the Company. Suggests improvements to the Workers' Compensation claim program and suggests ways to eliminate claims and risks to management.
