The Workers’ Compensation Claims Assistant is an entry level position primarily responsible for reviewing and processing of medical bills and the intake of new claims. This is a client facing position which requires excellent communicative and collaborative skills. Knowledge of the workers’ compensation rules regulations, laws, and procedures are not a pre-requisite for employment. This is a full-time role with a hybrid schedule based in our NYC or Albany, NY office. You’ll be required to work onsite at least two days per week, with the remaining days remote. In-office time is essential for fostering collaboration, receiving immediate feedback, and building strong team relationships—all of which support your professional growth and success.
