Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster - Remote (AZ/CO)
About The Position
Our client is looking to expand their Workers' Compensation Department and is seeking to add a Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to their Phoenix, AZ operations. The se positions would be responsible for handling Arizona W orkers' Compensation Indemnity claims from inception to close. Qualified candidates must possess a strong knowledge of Arizona and Colorado Workers' Compensation laws and statutes. This is a fully remote position. Handle moderate to complex Workers' Compensation claims, including litigation, with minimal supervision and guidance from the manager. Negotiate settlements with injured workers and attorneys. Consistently exhibit a high level of customer service and adherence to department best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience handling Arizona Workers' Compensation claims.
- Need to be well-versed in Arizona Workers' Compensation Law.
- Arizona Workers' Compensation Certification /License
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Colorado WC claims a plus
