Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to join a team in a hybrid role. Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Workers' Compensation disability adjusting.
In-depth knowledge of Utah Workers' Compensation and Occupational Disease Acts, Utah Fair Claims Practices Act, and Utah Labor Commission rules.
Familiarity with medical terminology.
Strong communication, investigative, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice To Haves

Multi-line claims experience (preferred).
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (preferred).

Responsibilities

Manage and resolve workers' compensation disability claims in compliance with Utah Workers' Compensation and Occupational Disease Acts.
Ensure adherence to the Utah Fair Claims Practices Act, Utah Labor Commission rules, and internal claims standards.
Conduct thorough investigations, evaluate claims, and determine appropriate resolutions.
Communicate effectively with claimants, medical providers, and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims and related documentation.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
