About The Position

At PwC, our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives. Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 4 years of Workday product experience
  • Workday Pro certification(s)

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Organizational Management, Human Resources Management preferred
  • Certification(s) preferred in: Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably Recruiting, Data Loading/Conversions and/or Engagement Manager
  • Streamlining HR policies and practices for effectiveness
  • Aligning HR and people strategies with business strategies
  • Configuring Workday HCM Recruiting module and processes
  • Providing industry knowledge in HCM Talent Acquisition
