About The Position

Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. The Opportunity As part of the Workday Human Capital team you will lead the Workday HCM US Payroll workstream, securing successful project execution and client satisfaction. As a Manager you will motivate and inspire teams, leveraging their strengths to deliver exceptional results while managing client accounts and identifying opportunities for advancement. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 6 years of Workday product experience
  • Workday Pro certification(s)

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science preferred
  • Workday Pro certification(s) in Payroll and/or Engagement Manager
  • Experience with multiple Workday implementations
  • Leading functional discovery and design sessions
