Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives. Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. The Opportunity As part of the Workday Human Capital team you are expected to support the Workday HCM Advanced Compensation module function as applicable. As a Senior Associate you are responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining rigorous standards. You are expected to focus on building client relationships, developing a deeper understanding of the business context, and navigating increasingly complex situations to deliver quality work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4 years of experience
  • Workday Pro certification(s)

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science preferred
  • Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably HCM Core, Advanced Compensation and/or Engagement Manager certification
