About The Position

We are seeking a hands-on functional analyst to support the full-cycle implementation and ongoing support of Workday Financials. This role involves close collaboration with Finance leadership and stakeholders to deliver Workday Financials solutions from design through go-live, including configuration, testing, reporting, and end-user support. The position emphasizes functional ownership over technical configuration.

Requirements

4+ years of Workday Financials implementation experience.
Proven full-cycle Workday Financials implementation experience.
Strong functional expertise across Workday Financials modules.
Solid accounting and finance domain knowledge.
Hands-on experience with UAT, test scripts, and defect resolution.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead end-to-end functional workstreams in cash management and accounts payable.

Nice To Haves

ERP systems knowledge.
Experience with customer accounts and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

Support the full-cycle implementation of Workday Financials from design through go-live and post-production support.
Focus on core Workday Financials modules including General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Customer Accounts, and Fixed Assets.
Translate business requirements into functional design and system configuration.
Manage system changes from intake through deployment.
Support testing activities including test script creation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect tracking and resolution.
Partner closely with Finance leadership to deliver functional solutions.
Support reporting, documentation, and end-user training.
Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
Provide ongoing functional support post-implementation.
