About The Position

Seeking a Workday Payroll Implementation Analyst with strong end-to-end implementation experience to support key Payroll initiatives. This is a hands-on, functional role focused on supporting the Workday Payroll system from design through go-live and post-implementation support. In this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders and payroll leadership to configure, test, and continuously improve the Workday Payroll platform.

Requirements

Workday Payroll experience, with exposure to Time Tracking and/or UKG Dimensions
Proven full-cycle implementation experience
Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, including taxes, wage & hour, and overtime
Hands-on experience with UAT, test scripts, and defect resolution
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across stakeholders
4+ years of Workday Payroll or Time & Attendance implementation experience
Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end payroll implementations
Strong functional expertise beyond technical configuration
Experience working directly with business and Payroll stakeholders

Nice To Haves

Healthcare or similarly regulated industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle implementations of the Workday Payroll system
Configure payroll elements including earnings, deductions, taxes, and time tracking rules
Serve as a functional payroll expert, ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws, tax regulations, and overtime requirements
Own testing activities including test script development, UAT execution, and defect resolution
Translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations
Manage system changes and enhancements from intake through deployment
Partner closely with the Payroll Lead to deliver scalable, compliant solutions
Support reporting, documentation, and end-user training initiatives
