About The Position

Seeking a Workday Payroll Implementation Analyst with strong end-to-end implementation experience to support key Payroll initiatives. This is a hands-on, functional role focused on supporting the Workday Payroll system from design through go-live and post-implementation support. In this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders and payroll leadership to configure, test, and continuously improve the Workday Payroll platform.

Requirements

  • Workday Payroll experience, with exposure to Time Tracking and/or UKG Dimensions
  • Proven full-cycle implementation experience
  • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, including taxes, wage & hour, and overtime
  • Hands-on experience with UAT, test scripts, and defect resolution
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across stakeholders
  • 4+ years of Workday Payroll or Time & Attendance implementation experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end payroll implementations
  • Strong functional expertise beyond technical configuration
  • Experience working directly with business and Payroll stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or similarly regulated industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle implementations of the Workday Payroll system
  • Configure payroll elements including earnings, deductions, taxes, and time tracking rules
  • Serve as a functional payroll expert, ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws, tax regulations, and overtime requirements
  • Own testing activities including test script development, UAT execution, and defect resolution
  • Translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations
  • Manage system changes and enhancements from intake through deployment
  • Partner closely with the Payroll Lead to deliver scalable, compliant solutions
  • Support reporting, documentation, and end-user training initiatives
