Work You'll Do As a Senior Consultant on our Human Capital team, you will: Lead the design, solutioning, and configuration of Workday Core HCM and Compensation modules Drive end-to-end implementation activities including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment Conduct and facilitate client meetings to guide decision-making and drive project milestones Provide subject matter expertise on Workday HCM Core and Compensation best practices, enhancements, and optimization opportunities Mentor junior team members and oversee the quality of Workday deliverables Serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders, building strong relationships based on credibility and technical acumen The Team Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes - is designed for impact. Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience delivering Workday HCM solutions
  • 3+ years of experience driving implementations & configurations of the Workday HCM Core & Compensation modules
  • Experience leading at least 1 full life cycle implementation of the Workday HCM Core & Compensation modules
  • Actively Workday HCM & Compensation Certified
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel up to 50-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting Workday implementations for a higher education client
  • Prior management consulting experience
