About The Position

In this role, you will provide technical support for Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) and related processes. You will collaborate with HR and other departments to define project requirements, support implementation of Center of Excellence (COE) practices, and maintain organizational data within Workday. You will manage system setup, ensure accuracy of employee and manager self-service processes, and support HR automation initiatives across the organization.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree preferred.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience supporting large-scale HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Lawson, Oracle, SAP, Workday) required.
  • Experience with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) required.
  • Knowledge of custom fields, calculated fields, and business processes required.
  • Advanced computer proficiency in word processing, email, spreadsheets, and project management tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands, priorities, procedures, and technology.

Nice To Haves

  • Workday Recruiting or Talent modules desired.
  • Workday Pro Recruiting Certification and Pro Talent and Performance Certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of Eightfold AI Talent Management or Workday Hired Score a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR, Accounting, and Workday team members to gather and document business requirements and develop automation solutions.
  • Configure business processes, reporting and other solutions (e.g. adding filter, or grouping) in Workday.
  • Execute COE people practices, including research and presentation development, to achieve project milestones.
  • Identify communication channels, systems, and resources needed for implementation.
  • Recommend objectives to measure success and use data to drive improvements.
  • Design practices that align with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform mass data updates using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
  • Manage vendor interactions, including reviews, data exchanges, and communication of needs.
  • Generate reports to track achievement of objectives and share analysis with stakeholders.
