Now, we're looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Workday Finance Analyst to join our team and support our continued success. The Role: As a Workday Finance Analyst II, you'll have the chance to make a significant impact by working closely with teams across our Finance organization. You'll be the go-to resource on Workday Finance, helping us streamline processes, enhance automation, and ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with a focus on Workday configuration.
  • A BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
  • A self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
  • A strong sense of integrity and the ability to handle confidential data with discretion.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Adaptive and/or Workday Strategic Sourcing (preferred).
  • Workday Pro Certification is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Work within Workday Finance, maintaining key modules like Accounting, Procurement, Billing, AP, and Tax.
  • Build advanced reports (Matrix, Composite) to provide insights to finance and business teams across the company.
  • Configure and maintain critical finance business processes, such as Procure to Pay and Accounting Journals.
  • Manage monthly ledger close processes and EIB loads.
  • Support system enhancements and maintain Adaptive Planning and Workday Strategic Sourcing.
  • Lead semi-annual Workday Release reports and regression testing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and present change management updates.
  • Monitor and resolve Workday-related tickets via JIRA to ensure smooth operations.
