Requirements

  • A track record of 2+ years hands-on experience supporting Workday Payroll post-production environments, with recent exposure to the latest features and updates
  • Current Workday Payroll implementer certification
  • A background in consulting with a Workday service partner, bringing extensive support and maintenance expertise
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent support engagements while maintaining high service quality
  • Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strategic thinking—you can troubleshoot specific issues while identifying broader improvement opportunities
  • A talent for building and nurturing strong client relationships, driving meaningful conversations that uncover needs and deliver value
  • Strong leadership acumen, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
  • Polished communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to articulate complex concepts with clarity
  • An aptitude for rapid technology adoption, embracing new tools and features through both structured learning and self-directed exploration
  • A blend of creativity, confidence, and flexibility, topped off with a great sense of humor—because we believe in enjoying the work we do!
  • Eligibility to work within the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Lead post-production support engagements, delivering exceptional service and innovative enhancement solutions for a diverse portfolio ranging from Fortune 500 companies to cutting-edge startups
  • Optimize existing Workday Payroll configurations by identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient solutions
  • Provide strategic guidance on Workday best practices for post-production maintenance and system optimization
  • Resolve complex payroll issues through expert troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience
  • Mentor fellow consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within our practice
  • Support clients through critical payroll processes, including year-end activities and regulatory updates
  • Contribute to our firm's growth by supporting business development efforts, from crafting compelling proposals to pursuing new opportunities
