This position is a non-billable, full time business development position in Guidehouse State and Local Government. The person in this role is focused on sourcing, developing, and closing net new Workday services deals with the Guidehouse Technology Segment – Workday practice. Responsibilities include: Responsible for building and maintaining a territory plan for applicable West territory Captures information on competitive ERP modernization opportunities Responsible for originating, building and closing Workday net new opportunities Responsible for building, retaining, strengthening, and maintaining client relationships Responsible for developing and driving marketing activities in the west states Primarily prospects and closes Workday ERP opportunities for new clients in states, large cities, and large counties as well as applicable special districts and medium enterprise prospects focused in the Western US Develops and maintains relationships with Workday sales reps Understands Guidehouse service offerings in other areas (non-Workday) for benefit of existing clients and prospects Attends conferences and marketing events relevant to optimization and automation of Backoffice (FINS and HCM) in state and local government and special districts
