Job Description Role: Workday Archiect Location: Remote (in US)+ travel upto 25% Job Description: Extensive experience in Workday HCM Modules - Recruitment, Compensation, Talent and Performance, Learning, Time and Absence and Payroll Must have experience as a Workday Architect with a strong focus on Workday integration and must have Workday API and Meta data or functional knowledge. Act as a technical advisor, providing guidance on the capabilities and limitations of the Workday platform. Workday Integration experience and latest tool reference. Workday Orchestration experience. Design and architect the Workday system to align with organizational goals, scalability requirements, and industry best practices. Provide technical leadership in the planning and execution of Workday implementations, upgrades, and integrations. Collaborate with development teams to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and efficient use of Workday technologies. Optimize existing configurations to improve efficiency and align with evolving business needs. In-depth knowledge of Workday architecture, integrations, and development tools. Should have excellent hands-on experience on various Workday Integration technologies like (Studio, EIB, Core connectors, PECI/PICOF) An Active Workday HCM/Integration certification (added advantage).
