The Workday Solutions Architect is a platform lead that plays a critical role in owning the design, configuration, architecture, and technical evolution of our Workday platform across Finance, Projects, and HRIS. You’ll step into a widely adopted Workday environment with under-leveraged integrations and significant opportunity to elevate efficiency, simplify complexity, and drive best-in-class platform maturity. This role is designed for someone who is opinionated, decisive, and pragmatic, comfortable challenging legacy configurations and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions. In addition to hands-on architectural leadership, you’ll lead a small team of Workday developers, setting technical standards, prioritizing delivery, and shaping the future of the Workday ecosystem at Montrose.
