This position performs a leadership advisory role, assisting System Office, HM, and TIS management teams and colleagues in identifying, defining, analyzing, and supporting assigned programs, projects, and initiatives to achieve optimal outcomes related to TIS and other programs and procedures. Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Talent, and Advanced Compensation. The consultant will technically lead and support Workday projects from end-to-end, encompassing requirements gathering, design, configuration, documentation, testing, and deployment. The role requires translating business needs into technical solutions and partnering with HR, Payroll, Recruiting, and IT teams. The consultant will serve as a systems and process expert for implementations, leading projects for upgrades and configuration changes to align with business needs. Additionally, the role involves consulting with providers, clinicians, executives, and management at all levels to support decisions, workflows, and new initiatives. Critical analysis of data, research into best business practices, determination of operational objectives, and specialized guidance for integration, architecture, system selection, strategy, and process transformation are also integral to the position. The consultant will recommend innovative application solutions, investigate issues, support management in prioritizing vendor and business process issues, define issues, recommend solutions, and provide leadership for application integration decisions. The role also includes assisting Product Teams in developing design and documentation, and analyzing and reengineering business processes to improve business and/or clinical needs.
