About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant for a temporary contract position to join our HR Technology team. In this hands-on role, you will hit the ground running to support, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations within our Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who requires minimal direction and can immediately contribute to our integration needs. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration stability across our organization.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Workday integrations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of RaaS and hands-on experience with WECI.
  • Proficiency with Workday APIs (REST/SOAP/Web Services).
  • Deep understanding of XML, XSLT, JSON, and web service technologies.
  • Experience supporting HR, Payroll, and Benefits departments.
  • Expertise in EIBs (inbound/outbound) and Workday Connectors (including Cloud Connect and packaged connectors).
  • Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Business Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, and Finance business processes.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and excellent analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Workday Studio.
  • Familiarity with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.

Responsibilities

  • Integration Development: Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using a variety of tools and technologies, including EIBs (inbound/outbound), Workday Connectors, RaaS, Workday Extend/Cloud Integration (WECI), and APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve integration failures, data discrepancies, and system errors in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Optimization: Monitor integration performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all integration touchpoints.
  • Stakeholder Management: Provide guidance on integration best practices and translate technical concepts for non-technical business stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple integration tasks simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
