About The Position
Wolfspeed seeks a Workday Analyst to enhance our HR Technology ecosystem as the primary subject matter expert for Absence, Benefits & US Payroll. You'll also support other modules as the secondary SME including Core HCM, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Security and Reporting.
Requirements
- 3+ years configuration and hands-on Workday experience with Absence, Benefits, and US Payroll.
- Proficiency in multiple HCM modules with Security experience as a plus.
- This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR COEs to gather, refine, and translate business requirements into Workday solutions
- Design, configure, test, and implement Workday system functionality end-to-end
- Gather requirements and recommend process optimizations to eliminate manual work
- Troubleshoot and resolve support tickets affecting data quality and system integrity
- Execute biannual Workday feature releases and service updates
- Document processes and test all changes before production deployment
- Follow Workday audit parameters and respond to audit requests from IT and Audit teams to ensure system compliance and data integrity
- Evaluate enhancement requests and manage project roadmaps
- Manage multiple priorities in fast paced environments
