Requirements

High School Degree or Equivalent
5 years Customer Service or equivalent experience preferred
Intermediate level of technical aptitude
Team oriented
Self-starter
Detailed oriented and high level of accuracy delivered
Ability to multitask effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential
Sedentary, sitting, walking, occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending, frequent near vision use for reading and computer use
Prolonged periods of time sitting

Responsibilities

Assist with customer requests
Deliver exceptional customer service
Distribute/Filter customer service emails daily
Review and processing of work orders, In compliance with Easy Ice technical SOP, based on tech notes and pictures
Create and distribute Preventive Maintenance work orders to service partners
Review Preventive Maintenance invoices
Reschedule Preventive Maintenance work orders, as needed
Monitor adherence to Maintenance Plan schedule
Responsible to consistently increase technical knowledge
Maintain customer and service provider contact lists
Escalate any work orders needing additional attention or service needs
Update and clean up customer information within Salesforce
Back-office administration and paperwork
Other duties and responsibilities as required
