You’ll join our Leakage team, acting as the first point of contact for reactive leakage work. Your role ensures all incoming jobs are prioritised correctly and contain the necessary details before being passed to schedulers. You’ll help maintain water service quality and speed by acting as a quality gatekeeper and feedback loop between customer service and field teams.
