Join Team Outsider's Guest Services Team and help us create a welcoming and extraordinary experience for every guest at our growing network of campgrounds! As a Guest Services Team Member, you'll be the heart of our campground's hospitality experience. You'll welcome guests, answer their questions, assist with reservations and check-ins, handle store sales, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone who visits. Your friendly demeanor and passion for customer service will make a lasting impression and create a welcoming atmosphere for all. This is a full time, hourly role that will begin in early April 2026. This is an ideal role for a work camper or traveling couple seeking a full-time opportunity with an RV site at an incredible campground. The position may also be shared between two travel companions if both individuals are qualified and a great fit for the team.

Requirements

A genuine desire to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and on the phone.
Ability to think on your feet and resolve guest issues effectively.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with enthusiasm, answer their questions, and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Follow procedures for reservations, store sales, and cash handling.
Maintain a clean and organized front office and store area.
Share information about local attractions, campground activities, and special offers.
Collaborate with your fellow team members, alongside the Maintenance Lead to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
