About The Position

As a Guest Services Team Member, you'll be the heart of our campground's hospitality experience. You'll welcome guests, answer their questions, assist with reservations and check-ins, handle store sales, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone who visits. Your friendly demeanor and passion for customer service will make a lasting impression and create a welcoming atmosphere for all.

Requirements

Passion for Hospitality: A genuine desire to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest.
Communication Superstar: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and on the phone.
Problem-Solving Prowess: Ability to think on your feet and resolve guest issues effectively.
Organized and Efficient: Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Team Player: Collaborative and supportive team member.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, lift and carry 25 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds regularly.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
Must be able to hear and speak clearly, and communicate comprehensively.
Must be able to use a computer keyboard and mouse, and be able to look at a computer screen, occasionally for prolonged periods of time.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 80%).
Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with enthusiasm, answer their questions, and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Follow procedures for reservations, store sales, and cash handling.
Maintain a clean and organized front office and store area.
Share information about local attractions, campground activities, and special offers.
Collaborate with your fellow team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
