About The Position

The Guest Services Team Member will be a dynamic and customer-oriented individual that will be our guests first impression of the L.L wellness experience. The guest services team member will be the point person for all initial guest engagement and will be passionate about health, wellness, and authentic connection. They will be informing, communicating, connecting, and inspiring our guests with every interaction. The guest services team member is a consummate host, and a gatekeeper, delivering our guests the experiences they request, and illuminating them to additional services and experiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about our services and amenities.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the guest services area.
  • Upsell additional services and amenities to enhance guest experience.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Team Leader or Shift Leader.
