About The Position

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee planning and execution of Women's Discipleship Pathways in Cartersville including Women's Discipleship Nights, Connect Groups, and Mulitply Groups Clearly cast and implement the vision for Women's Discipleship at Crosspoint City Church Assist with developing discipleship resoruces and content for Women's discipleship Establish and Implement Leadership Pathway for Women's Groups and Discipleship Nights Establish and execute Leadership Developtment Stragety across all Women's Discipleship Pathways Assist with planning and execution of Woven Women's Conference Help woment identify and take next steps in their faith and provide clear pathways for those next steps Ensure Womne's Discipleship efforts align with the overall mission, values, and discipleship stratey of Crosspoint City Church Attend Crosspoint City church Gatherings weekly in Cartersville Ensure excellence in all areas of Women's Discipleship Perform additional duties as assigned As required, attend staff and departmental meetings on time Qualifications

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check
Doctrinal beliefs congruent with Crosspoint City Church
Possess the ability to inspire, instruct, and encourage through effective communication in various settings
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to a team approach to ministry
Ability to be discreet in dealing with confidential matters and materials
Ability to interact with colleagues, supervisors, and members face-to-face
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English effectively
Confidentiality of personal and church information is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Maintain God-ordained priorities in your life by putting Jesus Christ first, your spouse second, your children third, and the ministry fourth
Give generously to the vision and mission of Crosspoint City Church
Be loyal to the vision and staff of Crosspoint City Church and alway protect the church's unity
Invest and invite the lost to know Jesus and come to Crosspoint City Church
