About The Position
Oversees all aspects below and seeks out additional expertise or support as needed. Reports directly to Producer / Head Coach. Work closely with, educate and supervise all student crew in this area. Work closely with and supervise all parent and community volunteers in this area
Requirements
- Must qualify to work in the proximity of children under the conditions of a WSP/FBI background check.
- Applicant is responsible for cost of fingerprints
Responsibilities
- Design and prepare all sound elements of the show
- Plan microphone/sound equipment system usage including Mic plot
- Work closely with, educate and supervise all student crew in this area
- Arrange for necessary equipment
- Setup all hardware and cabling needed for show
- Run sound board for show
- Maintain accurate accounts of spending according to budget
- Reports directly to Producer / Head Coach
- Attend strike; restore sound to standardized pre-set
