About The Position

As a Winter Guest Ambassador, you will be interacting with our guests by greeting them and providing them with equipment rentals, checking tickets and assisting in the shop. You will be offering our support with rental waivers and organizing equipment returns. You will be assisting with the proper fitting of equipment, making sure each guest enjoys a fun and safe experience! This position requires excellent organizational and customer service skills, experience isn't required, we will train you!

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for duration of shift.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work as a team while providing
• Passion for customer service-previous retail experience is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product knowledge, recommendations, and advice to help customers make informed rental and purchasing decisions.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and replenish stock as needed to ensure the Pro Shop is well-stocked and organized.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handle cash or credit card payments, and maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
• Organize and display merchandise in an attractive manner to maximize sales and maintain a clean and well-organized Pro Shop environment.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Other duties as required.
