About The Position

NOW HIRING: WINTER EQUIPMENT OPERATOR Ready to Take the Wheel and Own the Snow? 📍 Location: 1505 Steele Ave SW Grand Rapids MI 49507 🕒 Seasonal | Nights & Weekends | Competitive Pay + Bonuses You Were Built for This Job If: You have 1+ years experience operating a front end loader or Tractor You’re confident behind the controls of a front-end loader, Skid Steer, or Tractor You can operate heavy equipment in tough winter conditions — safely and skillfully. You take pride in keeping roads, lots, and commercial sites clear and operational. What You’ll Do: Operate loaders, Skid Steers, or Tractors to remove and relocate snow at commercial or municipal sites. Respond quickly to snow events – day or night, snow or sleet. Work closely with site supervisors and snow teams to execute efficient clearing routes. Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment. What You Bring: Proven experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment. A valid chauffeurs driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required). Requirements

Proven experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment.
