Requirements

  • Hotel experience preferred.
  • Must communicate well with guests and address any customer complaints or issues professionally.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages.
  • Sufficient manual dexterity in hands to use a knife to make garnish, pick up glassware and bottles, scoop ice, mix drinks, and reach overhead to retrieve stock with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to operate a keyboard and point of sale procedures to pre-check an order and close out a check with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, customers, and patrons.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc.

Responsibilities

  • Coordiantes all Tasting room and Marc private, custom events
  • Coordinates all Culinary studio events
  • Coordiantes all special custom events held in the winery
  • Coordinates all Proposals
  • Works closely with FB Ops Coordinator on events, reservations, plan to develop and execute events, POS, reservation platform
  • Data reporting for DOFB
  • Abide by all State, Federal and Corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Research competitive and social media trends
  • Analyze and interpret campaign and content performance to inform optimizations and share those learnings/insights
  • Assist on tasting room floor, Marc as needed
  • Comply with attendance rules, codes of conduct and be available to work on a regular basis.
  • Comply with business attire standards
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Private group reservations
  • Wedding proposals
  • Maintaining phone communication
  • Data reporting to DOFB
  • Point of contact for Tasting Room & Marc via FB Ops Coordinator
  • On-floor presence and service, as needed
  • Administrative duties of Tasting Room & Marc
  • Monthly and mid-month inventory reconciliation
  • Working closely with FB Division Ops coordinator
