Requirements

• Students within 1 year of graduation enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• You are passionate about hospitality and eager to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• You have strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• You are curious and enthusiastic about learning the business side of the wine and hospitality industry.
• Valid Driver’s License Required

Responsibilities

• Immerse yourself in the role of a Tasting Room Associate, building skills in guest engagement, sales, and event execution.
• Assist in the daily operations of our tasting room, providing exceptional service and education while driving wine sales.
• Participate in hosting events that highlight our world-class wine portfolio.
• Engage with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, gaining insights into strategic operations and leadership practices.
• Participate in mentorship sessions with seasoned professionals who will guide your career journey.
