About The Position

Windows and Doors Showroom Sales Consultants assist customers with design and product selection for their Window and Door projects. Consultants provide sales quotations to customers, and process and manage customer orders. Starting wage based on experience, $24.00/hour+

Requirements

• Window and Door design knowledge
• Customer service mindset
• Ability to use computer
• Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8-hour day
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 yrs preferred experience in the industry with knowledge of blueprints and residential window & door products
• Experience using Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service
• Understand customer needs and meet their expectations
• Provide the products and solutions to meet customer needs
• Read blueprints to understand projects and find product specs
• Quote projects
• Process customer orders
• Keep showroom clean and organized
• May be required to travel to customer jobsites to take field measurements
