About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have successful sales experience coupled with a knowledge of windows and doors. This role is responsible for cultivating relationships with real estate developers, builders, architects, engineers, interior designers, property managers, etc., with the purpose of driving revenue of our luxury residential and commercial product line.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling to our target audience: real estate developers, builders, architects, engineers, interior designers, property managers, etc.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Familiarity with technology sales and products is advantageous

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and drive sales growth
  • Cultivate and manage accounts through effective account management practices
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the customer base
  • Execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate product features and benefits
  • Engage in cold calling activities to secure new business opportunities
