Pinnacle Staffing Group is currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Representative to join the team working for a locally owned and operated company with over 60 years of combined expertise in premium window and door solutions. Position Overview: As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of the company, consulting with residential and commercial clients to understand their needs and recommending top-quality window and door solutions. You’ll stay ahead of industry trends, build strong customer relationships, and work closely with the operations and installation teams to ensure a seamless experience for every client.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, contractors, and builders.
  • Educate clients on product options, features, and performance benefits.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and product recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in the window and door industry.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and installation processes.
  • Attend local networking events or trade shows as needed.
  • Previous experience in B2B or B2C sales (experience in construction, windows, doors, or millwork is a plus).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
