Key Responsibilities: Perform hands-on Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations, including: Backing up and restoring user data Installing and configuring Windows 11 Reinstalling applications and ensuring compatibility Validating successful migration and user acceptance Maintain accurate documentation of each migration, including asset tracking and ticket updates Provide deskside support for post-migration issues, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues Ensure all work is performed in compliance with IT security and privacy policies Why Join This Project?
