We are seeking a skilled and customer‑focused Desktop Support Technician to join an expanding IT team supporting a busy clinical environment in Greenwich, CT. This role offers a mix of project work and daily end‑user support, serving a wide range of professionals including clinicians, managers, and administrative staff. What You’ll Do In this role, you will support both ongoing projects and day‑to-day technical needs, including: Providing in‑person, phone, and email support for desktop and end‑user issues Troubleshooting in a Windows environment, including Active Directory account and permission management Resolving basic network connectivity issues, IP conflicts, and mapping network drives and printers Deploying and supporting desktops, thin clients, workstations, and multifunction devices Offering white‑glove service to professionals across multiple departments Clearly documenting all work and actions taken This position is fully onsite in Greenwich, CT, with occasional travel to nearby locations as needed.
