Willie B's Chicken Coupe is a quick service restaurant specializing in hand-breaded chicken tenders and fresh-made sides. This positions is subject to a 90 day introductory period. This introductory period is designed, primarily, to give both the Company and the employee an opportunity to determine whether the employee will be able to adequately perform in the assigned job position. At the end of the introductory period, your performance will be reviewed and a decision made regarding your continued employment or any extended introductory period. All employees are hired as temporary employees until their introductory period has elapsed. Temporary employees are not eligible for any benefits during the introductory period.

Requirements

Open availability is required. No special accommodations can be made or guaranteed. Crew schedules are determined by business needs therefore all schedules must be flexible. This position will be variable initially, thus changing schedule is a requirement of the job.
